How do you feel about cold weather?
Cold wind whispers through the trees,
A breath that bites, yet aims to please.
Chill on the skin, crisp in the air,
A silent hush is everywhere.
Some may shiver, seek the fire,
Wrap in wool and warm attire.
Others smile at frost’s delight,
Snowflakes dancing in the night.
Cold can sting or soothe the soul—
It stirs the stillness, makes us whole.
In frozen calm, the heart can see
The quiet grace of winter’s plea.
