There has been a plot twist and complete change of storyline. I have deleted several chapters as I was becoming bogged down by keeping all the action in Afghanistan, so this is the latest idea. This will delay publication, but I still hope for availability before the end of 2024.

A science fiction adventure set initially in Afghanistan in 2015. Major Tom Mason is seriously injured by an explosion in Badakhshan, close to the Afghanistan/Pakistan border. He is put back together in a top secret wing of the Plymouth Special Naval Hospital, Derriford by either an ailien entity, or someone or something from the far future. He is upgraded and enhanced, ready for some very special assignments back in Afghanistan after all UK troops were supposed to have left. After several deployments in the field, the true nature and meaning of this Ai becomes apparent. To change future history and, by doing so, the future of all mankind. Now Tom and his team must fight against the very thing that created them, something that has all the resource it needs to destroy them and planet earth.
